To all theatreview members with xtra email addresses:

I finally got to talk to a human being at the xtra help desk. It seems the switch to ‘yahoo!xtra’ caused a great deal of email to be designated ‘Spam’ and not delivered. Here is what you have to do to continue to receive the updates as requested:

1. Log into your yahoo!xtra webmail account – click here  
2. Click on ‘Spam’ (listed on the left hand side with a number beside it)
3. Wait for it to load
4. Click on ‘From’ (and possibly wait again for it to re-sort the list)
5. Scroll down to find a message from theatreview – just one will do – and select the tick box beside it
6. Click on ‘Not Spam’ – this will mean that all future messages from theatreview will be allowed
7. If you want to receive all the missed messages; click on all the boxes then select ‘Not Spam’ – otherwise just go to www.theatreview.org.nz and trawl for what you have missed.
