A National Theatre Company
Bob Hudson posted 31 Aug 2007, 03:47 PM
I am the Founding Trustee of the newly established “The FAME Trust”. FAME is an acronym for Fund for Acting and Musical Endeavours Trust.
FAME is being established to help assist emerging actors (and musicians) gain employment within New Zealand.
FAME will be providing scholarships for students of both Toi Whakaari School of Drama and the Globe Shakespeare Centre Inc.
FAME believes there should be a National Theatre Company established, funded by Creative New Zealand and other interested organisations, with a small $ amount of each theatre ticket sold going to NTC.
I welcome your comments, Bob Hudson, FAME Trustee.
