ATC – VACANCY FOR TICKET MANAGER  

Auckland Theatre Company is seeking to appoint a Ticketing Services Manger. The position has become available because Alison Reid is taking up the position of Theatre Manager at the PumpHouse theatre in Takapuna on the North Shore. Alison has been with Auckland Theatre Company for ten years. 

A number of radical changes are on the horizon in the field of ticketing in Auckland as a result of The-Edge’s establishment of a ticketing business unit "Edge-Point" offering "Tessitura".  The Ticketing Services Manager will join the company at this exciting time and be integral to ushering in systems which will revolutionise how the company interacts with its audiences going forward.  

The Ticketing Services Manager needs to deliver a high level of customer services to audiences across the range of venues used by Auckland Theatre Company. The position is a sales and services focused management position, requiring self motivation, professionalism and a passion for theatre.  

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, have some knowledge of specialist ticketing and operational systems, and demonstrate a commitment to providing unparalleled service.
