Magdalena Aotearoa National Gathering

The Magdalena Aotearoa Trust invites theatre practitioners, artists, students, academics, teachers and interested people to the National Gathering: five days of work-in-progress presentations, facilitated feedback sessions, panel discussions, networking, skill sharing, presentations and most excellent lunches! The draft programme for the Gathering is now online at http://magdalena.actrix.co.nz/archive/gathering08/programme.html. This year we have an open programme which means everyone is welcome to contribute to it and it won’t be finalised until the first night of the Gathering, but already we have quite a lot – four works-in-progress as well as panel discussions on feedback, training, arts and activism, and arts infrastructure. Registration is a mere $70 for the 5 days, and this includes lunch every day and all events. The evening programme is open to the public for koha.
