NEWTOWN ROOM available April May  

I’m off overseas for all of April and May and my lovely room in my beautiful house in Newtown, Wellington will be empty. So I’m looking for someone to sublet for some (or all) of that time.

Its the master bedroom, the house is very light and warm with gas heating, two living great spaces, new bathroom, back lawn, vege garden, piano, 2 mins walk to the main bus route to town, dairy one minute  the other way, People’s Coffee and Prana are the local cafes each a 5 minute walk.

Also two easy going flatmates who work in the music & film/tv industries.
The room is $110 / week nego, plus $30 / week expenses for power, phone and broadband.
