WANTED: WELLINGTON COMEDY FESTIVAL REVIEWERS   

The NZ International Comedy Festival 2009 runs from 1 to 24 May.

Theatreview needs more critics to help cover the 53 shows scheduled for Wellington.

Note: Theatreview has no funding so the only ‘payment’ is free tickets to the shows – usually two (but sometimes only one can be offered).

Requirements:
A passion for live comedy
The skill to write an honest, informed, constructive response to the work
The capacity to email reviews by noon the following day
The courage and generosity of spirit you expect performers to have
Self-management skills (to locate venues, arrive on time, ensure you receive the required information … etc).

Interested? Please email john@theatreview.org.nz by 5pm, Tuesday 14 April, stating how you meet the above criteria and any particular preferences or areas of expertise you may have.

I will endeavour to select a team by Thursday 16 April and draw up a schedule by Sunday 19 April.
