THE ACTORS LABORATORY: VOCAL TUNE UP

It is with great excitement that we are announcing the first of The Actors Laboratory sessions for 2010!
The Legendary Cameron Rhodes will lead a vocal tune up on Sunday 28th February from 5-7pm at The Basement.
Cameron is a graduate of Toi Whakaari The NZ Drama School, and has been acting professionally for over 20 years. He has appeared in over 70 theatrical productions. He has taught Voice and Acting at Toi Whakaari and a regular tutor/director at Unitec. He recently directed Station to Station, Killer Joe and Christ Almighty, and appeared in Loot at the Silo. He is currently onscreen in I’m Not Harry Jenson, directing I Heart Camping at the Basement, and in rehearsal for The Importance Of Being Earnest at ATC.
Due to the nature of the class we are asking for applications from professional practitioners only – those who have either completed a three year drama school degree or have had a significant theatre or screen contract.
