Are you an arts loving number-cruncher?

We are BATS Theatre, New Zealand’s key developmental theatre. We’re looking for a new Business Development Manager.

Preferably, you have skills and experience in finance, accounting, fundraising, sponsorship and business development. You might have run your own business. You
might be an accountant looking for a job where you can make a difference.

In order to be a great Business Development Manager, you will need to demonstrate great marketing and communication skills as well as stakeholder management abilities.

BATS is recognised by Creative New Zealand as an Arts Leadership organisation. This is your chance to play a major role in making this leader even better. This is a full-time, full-on management role, reporting to the board and with staff responsibilities. It shares co-general management with the theatre’s Programme Manager.
