Ticketing Services Co-ordinator  

An opportunity has arisen at Downstage for a Co-ordinator of Ticketing & Sales. The position exists to proactively co-ordinate and to support the day-to-day operations of all ticketing services and sales, including group and schools bookings; ensuring a high level of service is provided to Downstage guests and the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working in arts-related organisations. Evening and weekend work will be required. This is a great opportunity for an entry level marketing graduate with aspirations to work in the arts sector.

Associate Producer, Logistics  

An opportunity has arisen at Downstage for an Associate Producer, Logisitcs. The position exists to proactively co-ordinate and to oversee the forward planning, scheduling and budgeting for in-coming companies and productions for the seasons ahead. This includes the management and maintenance of compliance, licenses, safe work practices, performance risk assessments, workplace inspections, policies, audits, electrical testing and tagging associated with the venue.
