AUDITION:

THEATRE BEATING is looking for a puppeteer to play the eponymous character in The Magic Chicken, a family show touring New Zealand during July 2012.

Auditioning in Auckland 29th April. Successful applicant must be available for full-time rehearsals from 11th-29th June in Auckland (accommodation allowance during rehearsals not available so applicants must be Auckland based), and available for full-time touring from 1 July to 1 August.

This is a fully paid position. We’re looking for a skilled physical performer with good puppetry skills, good stage presence and joy of devising theatre process.
