AN EVENT TO REMEMBER THE MAGNIFICENT GEORGE WEBBY.
George Webby was the School’s second Director after Nola Millar, he has recently passed away.
He was an amazing character and huge influence on so many people still working in the industry including Jonathon Hendry and Perry Piercy who were students when George was Director and who now teach at Toi Whakaari.

Time: 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Venue: Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School
What:
- Gather around the piano with a G&T,
- sing a few songs,
- enjoy reminiscing about George and the old days,
- catch up with people you haven’t seem for ages.
- Tea and scones served too!
Extra request – Donations are sought for the George Webby Memorial Piano Fund that we will be officially launching at this event.
