PUBLIC CONSULTATION FOR NEW STRATEGIC PLAN

Following on from targeted consultation in 2012, Creative New Zealand has developed a draft Strategic Plan 2013-16 for public consultation. 

The public consultation process provides New Zealanders with the opportunity to give their views on the strategic direction of Creative New Zealand. We welcome your views on the draft Strategic Plan 2013-16. This is available on our website aat www.creativenz.govt.nz/stratplan. 

We have prepared an online survey to help you give your views on the plan.

A hard copy of this survey can be downloaded from our website or you can receive a copy with advice about how to make a submission by phoning (04) 473 0880 or emailing stratplan@creativenz.govt.nz 

We welcome responses from individuals, groups and organisations so you may wish to meet with others who are also interested in Creative New Zealand’s strategic direction and submit a group response. The closing date for all feedback is Monday 26 August 2013. 

Creative New Zealand publishes a strategic plan every three years so it is clear how our activities will support artists, arts practitioners and arts organisations in the coming years. Publication of the new Strategic Plan 2013-16 is planned for November 2013. 

Following completion of the consultation process, a summary report will be published outlining key findings and themes emerging from public submissions.
