‘DIRTY POLITICS’, 6pm on Wednesday 10 September.

Features Nicky Hager, controversial author of Dirty Politics, in conversation with Playwright Dave Armstrong.

Hager will discuss the election campaign so far, the process of writing the book, the response to Dirty Politics, and issues of media ownership and regulation.  

‘OLD GUARD’, 6pm on Wednesday 17 September

Features former Prime Minister Jim Bolger and former Alliance leader and cabinet minister Jim Anderton.

These two former foes join with chair Dave Armstrong not only to discuss the current election campaign, but how politics has changed over the years. Has politics always had a seamier side? Has parliament become more ‘brutalising’ in recent times or has it always been this way?

These are just some of the questions and issues that these two former giants of the New Zealand political scene will discuss.
