“Doubts are like stains on a shirt. I like shirts with stains, because when I’m given a shirt that’s too clean, one
that’s completely white, I immediately start having doubts.” – Antonio Tabucchi
We all have a top with a good yarn to it
Not At All Topless presents a vibrant collage of stories that survey diverse experiences- be them exhilarating,
awkward, funny or painful, through the shirts that accompanied them.
Coming together under the brand new umbrella of All You Can Eat Dance Co. the show features the
contributions of a gorgeous gaggle of young and talented artists- Auckland’s up and coming, as well as some
surprise veteran appearances, to create a diverse and inspiring pastiche of dance, film, text and music.
The talents of these weird & wonderful creators are curated by Jessie McCall- Tempo award winning
choreographer, into an evening of delightful and somewhat delirious performance.
Not At All Topless- All You Can Eat Dance Co.’s debut work, will fill TAPAC Theatre- the little theatre that could,
with beautiful madness from February 21st – 23rd as part of TAPAC’s vibrant Fringe season.
Pull out your own legendary shirt and join this eccentric celebration of what we choose to put on our upper
half and what that has to do with anything, or rather, everything.
“It makes me sad because I’ve never seen such – such beautiful shirts before.” – F. Scott Fitzgerald
