Winner of the Wellington Comedy Award for Best Newcomer 2019, Jadwiga Green has been taking the Wellington scene to surreal new heights.

Alongside her own stand up, Jadwiga will be investigating and celebrating the life and work of the most cyber bullied person in history, Chris Chan – the North American comic book author, YouTuber, Internet celebrity and fellow disabled Queer trans woman.

A mixture of stand-up comedy and verbatim theatre, Jadwiga begs the question “What makes it ok to laugh at one person, but not another?” Join us for a raw and wry adventure into the margins of gender, sexuality, sanity and creative determination.

Friday, 24 May performance will have a NZSL interpretation.
