A celebration of the life and work of Robert Lord

Robert Lord (1945-1992) was one of New Zealand’s pioneer playwrights (Joyful and Triumphant, Bert and Maisy, Well Hung). He took up the Robert Burns Fellowship in Dunedin in 1987 and was a founder of Playmarket. Excerpts from some of his works will be presented in this afternoon performance of rehearsed readings.
