Planning is underway for the 2011 21^st Century Arts Conference and we are pleased to announce the dates and venue so that you can save the date. 

Dates:   Thursday, June 23^rd and Friday, June 24th, 2011 

Venue: THE EDGE, Aotea Square, Auckland City

This year’s theme is based on the last two Seven Pillars of Audience Focus: Interactively Engaged and Personalised.  It looks to be an exciting journey into the shifting landscape of the arts in today’s complex world.  Interactivity and co-creation of art is increasingly expected by audiences but what impact does that have on the art itself?  We will invite delegates to explore whether the traditional model of arts production and consumption is still relevant in today’s society.

A reminder that the 21^st Century Arts Conference is expected to reach capacity and is by invitation only to selected arts organisations.  Official invites with full programme details will be sent in April.
