NEW ZEALAND FESTIVAL FRIENDS’ TALKS

Where:  The Jimmy Café, St James Theatre 

Join new Artistic Director Shelagh Magadza at the Friends’ Talk this month as she discusses new Festival shows in development with two artists involved in the 2014 programme.  

Playwright Briar Grace-Smith will be talking about her new play ¡Paniora! for Auckland Theatre Company and composer John Psathas about his composition for Between Zero and One and collaboration with Strike Percussion.  

The event is part of the Friends’ Talk series which offers Festival-goers the chance to go behind the scenes of the 2014 programme.  Sign up to become a Friend on the night and you will go in the draw to win a fabulous prize pack from our Festival Partner Caffe L’affare.
