Jade is a Tāmaki Makaurau dwelling stand-up comedian and a self-declared, hopelessly jaded ‘doomer’. She has written for Metromag and The Spinoff. She’s had the privilege of seeing an impressive amount of theatre in her short life, regularly visiting The Basement since its establishment and baffling her friends and family with her failure to become a stereotype of a theatre-gay, a fact about which she harbours great remorse.
