Kathleen Mantel has a bachelor of Arts in Theatre, Film and English Literature from Victoria University in Wellington. She has a background in theatre production and performance. Over the past 20 years she has lived in many places and worked in many arts related jobs. She has worked as an arts reporter, editor, and writer for magazines and for television.
Kathleen is a storyteller, and has made numerous short art videos for television and the web both in New Zealand and in the United States. Over the past 15 years Kathleen has been making documentaries on a wide variety of subjects. She is an award-winning documentary filmmaker.
