Ruth Heath is a resident of Hāwea Flat and has been interested in the arts since she was a child. She completed a Bachelor of Arts at University of Canterbury and has mostly lived in rural places so far, restricting her access to performing arts drastically, hence being an avid but amateur theatre goer. She runs an artisan bakery and is mother to 4 children. She thinks a lot and sometimes takes the opportunity to write them down.
